Dining at the Blue Lemon was a standout experience-under the subtle glow of black and bronze lights, the restaurant offers a harmonious blend of Mediterranean cuisine crafted from fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet featured a tempting array of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, perfect for fueling a day of exploration. I particularly enjoyed the innovative use of seasonal products that reflected the region's culinary diversity. On Thursday evenings, ambient DJ music complemented refreshing cocktails on the beach-a unique touch that added to the overall atmosphere. Although the bathroom's carpeted floor raised some questions regarding hygiene, the impeccable services and breathtaking sea views made my getaway memorable. I sincerely recommend the Pullman for anyone looking to indulge in good food and relaxing surroundings on the French Riviera.
